Okada Manila presents Skulloween: A Season of Thrills and Chills this October 31 to November 3. Family, friends, and all brave souls can enjoy a truly spooky experience as Manila’s iconic integrated resort introduces its original content, Catrina: The Virtual Reality Experience.
Catrina: The Virtual Reality Experience brings something new and exciting for those looking for a good scare! The VR Experience draws from the Mexican celebration of Dia le Los Muertos, more famously known around the world as the Day of the Dead. Through the VR experience, participants can help Catrina, the lost calavera or elegant skull, and help her escape an abandoned mansion. Those who dare to help Catrina are the only ones who can help determine her fate!
To enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience this Skulloween, patrons can redeem free passes by presenting one (1) PHP 1,000 receipt from select Okada Manila signature food and beverage outlets or by purchasing two (2) Halloween cakes from Lobby Lounge and Pastry Shop.
Avid shoppers can also drop by any of Okada Manila’s retail outlets and get one (1) pass to the VR experience with single or accumulated receipts worth PHP 2,000. In addition, Reward Circle members have two ways to earn a voucher: get 20 tier points from 6 AM of Monday to 5:59 AM of Thursday and/or earn 8 tier points from 6 AM to 2 PM of Friday. They can also participate on the dates of October 18 and 25 and be given Skulloween vouchers.
Aside from Catrina: The Virtual Reality Experience, visitors can also have fun at the Crystal Corridor! The Dia de los Muertos Halloween Instagram Lane set-up is a must-visit for the perfect spooky photo-op. There will also be live entertainment from the Okada Manila Entertainment Group and ambient acts of stilt walkers, acrobats, and cosplayers on October 31 for a full-on Halloween experience.
For kids, PLAY at Okada Manila will also have a joyfully spooky Halloween. Children and adults can enjoy activities such as face painting, photo booth, arts and crafts, cotton candy and popcorn stations.
